Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Adds Sukie Fee and Team in Huntington Beach, Calif.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Southern California has added Sukie Fee and the 25 agents from her team, according to an announcement by the brokerage. Chelsea Roger, Fee’s daughter, will partner with her on the team, which is based in Huntington Beach, and closed $86.5 million in sales volume in 2017, according to the MLS and Real Estate Strategies.

“I could have chosen any brokerage, but confidently chose to partner with Coldwell Banker because of its integrity, powerful brand recognition, elite luxury marketing program, national and global reach, technology and superior support that will enhance my team’s offerings and my success in getting my clients’ homes sold in a changing market,” says Fee. “After being contacted by more than several large companies, there was no contest based on the facts, numbers, integrity and tools.

“This momentum makes it the ideal time to announce that my daughter Chelsea Roger, who has partnered with me for more than 18 years and done a fantastic job as president of SeaCliff Realty , will partner with me on my sales team,” Fee says.

The existing SeaCliff Realty office at 2131 Main St. Suite 150, located within walking distance to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Huntington Beach office, will now operate under the Coldwell Banker name.

“This union is a win-win for both brokerages,” says Fa Karamzadeh, manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Huntington Beach office. “When you marry one of the most iconic brokerages and agents in Huntington Beach real estate history with the largest and most historic marketing and advertising brand in luxury real estate, opportunities abound for all, especially our clients. I’ve been fortunate to work with and support some of the best agents in our industry, and I am very excited to support Sukie, Chelsea and the agents from SeaCliff as they continue to provide the best possible client experience.”
