Hanna Holdings Expands in New Jersey, Joining Forces With Armagno Agency

Hanna Holdings is growing its footprint in New Jersey. With the recent one-year anniversary celebration of the partnership between Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and Rand Realty, the tri-state real estate firm known as Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, has announced that they joined forces with Armagno Agency, a local firm in Jersey City, New Jersey.

“We are pleased to welcome the Armagno Agency to our family of companies,” said Howard W. “Hoby” Hanna, IV, president of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, in a statement. “As we continue to grow and expand in our markets, we are thrilled to support great companies joining forces with one another and ultimately with the Howard Hanna team.”

“The opening of this new office aligns with our goal to become leaders in the industry in the tri-state area. Howard Hanna is the No. 1 company in New York State and we aim to continue growing to become the No. 1 company in New Jersey,” said Matt Rand, CEO at Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, in a statement. “This office is the perfect connection between our urban and suburban markets; we will collaborate with our office in Hoboken to serve the cities in Hudson County and our clientele from Manhattan.”

Established in 1988 by Anthony Armagno, the Armagno Agency employs 20 agents working out of a Jersey City, New Jersey office, which will now be led by the founder of the group, Anthony Armagno, and Harveer Singh, from Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, as the branch manager. According to the company, the addition of the Armagno Agency to the Howard Hanna | Rand Realty network represents another milestone in the brand’s expansion and growing network, and further cements Howard Hanna’s ability to service New Jersey markets through strategic, reliable partnerships.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services ranked No. 4 in transactions and No. 6 in sales volume in RISMedia’s 2020 Power Broker Report, closing over $27 billion in volume—an increase of 15.4% from the previous year.
