United Real Estate Partners Launches New Commercial Division in New Orleans

New Orleans-based United Real Estate | Partners has announced the launch of a new commercial division, which expands its service offerings to individuals and businesses across the Crescent City and beyond.

The news follows United | Partners’ November 2024 merger with New Orleans’ Northshore-based Real Estate Resource Group and its February 2024 merger with Team Geaux Realty. The firm operates three offices in Greater New Orleans with 200 agents, a press release stated.

At the helm of the new division is Mike Mito, CCIM, a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Mito joins United Real Estate Partners as Commercial Division Director, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining United Real Estate Partners, Mito served as the Director of Commercial Sales for JPAR Gulf South Real Estate as well as President of Commercial Investment Division (CID) of NOMAR. In all that he has done Mike has gained a reputation for his honesty, keen market insights and exceptional client service, the release noted.

“This is a tremendous opportunity to drive growth and innovation while shaping a division that will provide exceptional value to our clients and partners,” said Mito. “I am excited to collaborate with United Real Estate Partners’ talented and dynamic team to elevate our offerings, exceed expectations and deliver unparalleled service. Together, we will establish a strong foundation for success and set a new standard in the commercial real estate industry.”

Joining Mito as Commercial Real Estate Advisor is Aujenee Johnson, who specializes in commercial real estate analysis, sales and leasing, the company noted. Early in her career, she founded a four-step homeownership program to guide numerous families toward homeownership, according to the release. In her new role, she will identify commercial opportunities, negotiate favorable deals and guide clients with expert advice.

“The launch of our Commercial Division solidifies United Real Estate Partners as a truly full-service real estate brokerage,” explained United | Partners CEO Tom Bookhardt. “From residential sales and investments to rentals, property management and now comprehensive commercial services, we are uniquely positioned to meet every real estate need. With the expertise and leadership of Mike Mito and Aujenee Johnson, we’re expanding our reach and delivering even greater value to our clients and partners. This is an exciting step forward in our mission to be the go-to resource for all aspects of real estate, and we can’t wait to see the impact this division will have.”
