Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced it has acquired the assets of Brearley Investment Company, Inc., which has been doing business as Coldwell Banker First Affiliate in two office locations in Sedona.

Coldwell Banker First Affiliate was literally the first affiliate of the entire Coldwell Banker franchise system, signing on in 1982 as the first franchisee. Founded by co-owners Andrew and Patricia Brearley, Coldwell Banker First Affiliate, which has 75 independent sales associates, has been providing leading real estate services to the Sedona area for several decades and their legacy will continue forever under the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage banner.

“Part of  our growth strategy for major markets in Arizona is moving forward with this entrance into Sedona through the addition of this quality firm and its talented affiliated professionals,” says Greg Hollman, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arizona. “Sedona is a marketplace where we have long aimed to have a presence, and Andrew Brearley and his team are known for their exceptional service.”

Andrew Brearley will remain as manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Sedona office, and Ron Volkman will continue as manager of the company’s Village of Oak Creek office.

“I am very excited to be part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and to know that our firm will be affiliated with the Coldwell Banker brand forever,” says Andrew Brearley. “Our sales associates gain unequaled business development opportunities, the use of leading technology, extensive real estate services and an extremely powerful regional and international marketing platform. These advantages will enable them to better serve our valued customers, remain Sedona’s top-selling brokerage and continue under the internationally recognized Coldwell Banker name.”
