Carrington Real Estate Services, LLC has announced that it has promoted Tammy Powell and Russ Laggan to regional vice presidents. Powell, the former Orland Park, Ill. office leader, will oversee the operations for Carrington’s northeast region, while Laggan, the former Tampa, Florida office leader, will manage the brokerage’s southeast region operations. In these positions, both Powell and Laggan will be responsible for growing the network, coaching managers to help train agents to maximize their earning potential year after year.

Powell, with over 17 years of real estate industry experience, joined Carrington in 2012 and opened the brokerage’s Orland Park office. Under her leadership, that office grew to over 66 agents in just three years, and set a record for consistently closing more than 60 sales per month. Laggan’s real estate career began in Detroit in 2005. By 2008, Laggan was managing a successful real estate office in Tampa, which combined forces with Carrington earlier this year to leverage the brand and resources of the national brokerage.
Powell and Laggan join Carrington’s existing West Coast Regional Vice President, Larry White. White joined Carrington in 2011 as manager of the Nevada area. He led the successful and consistent growth of the company throughout the state before being promoted to his current position.
