Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai‘i Realty this week opened its doors in Kailua. The brokerage pairs real estate’s fastest-growing brand with a company offering complete real estate services and experienced local professionals.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has grown to more than 40,000 agents across 47 states since its launch in September 2013. The brand will provide local Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate professionals with the leadership and tools necessary for trusted, innovative, high-touch service.

Tracy Bradley, a 30‑year real estate veteran, will lead Hawai‘i Realty. A graduate of Hawai‘i Preparatory Academy, Bradley began her career in real estate in San Francisco in 1986 after studying real estate at University of Denver, then returned home to specialize in residential real estate at her family’s brokerage, Bradley Properties Limited. She developed the new agent training program that trained Oahu’s best real estate agents and was regional vice president of sales for more than six years.

“We are thrilled to bring Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a brand that is universally respected and rooted in strength and integrity, to Hawai‘i,” said Bradley, brokerage president. “Our agents strive to improve every life we touch, building rich and lasting relationships based on exceptional client experiences.”

Gino Blefari, CEO of HSF Affiliates LLC, which owns and operates Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, congratulated Bradley and her team on their affiliation. “Tracy is so well respected in Hawai‘i real estate and the team she’s building is composed of top professionals,” he said. “We welcome Hawai‘i Realty to our network and look forward to growing together to serve the community.”

“Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is the fastest-growing real estate firm in the country,” said Earl Lee, senior vice president for Special Projects at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. “Hawai‘i Realty will be a terrific ambassador of our brand in Kailua and surrounding areas.”
