Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices recently announced the selection of nine new members to its REthink Council, a national group of 15 top-producing agents who embrace innovative technologies to improve the consumer buying and selling experience. Steve Hales, sales associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in Alexandria, is among the nine new appointments to the council.

According to Kevin Wiles, president of Mid-Atlantic Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, the REthink Council is an incredible think tank of talent and a proactive approach to ensure the future success of the real estate industry. “The members of this group have a passion and progressive mindset needed to effect real change in our industry,” says Wiles.

“Steve has been a tremendous addition to our team at PenFed Realty. He more than doubled his sales in the past year and has truly embraced the brand. Steve will bring a wealth of experience and leadership to the REthink Council. We are very proud to have one of our best PenFed agents represent us on such a prestigious board.”

Members were selected through a nominating process for their professional achievements and contribution to their communities and offices; each member is an agent or broker with outstanding innovation, participation and leadership within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

“I am honored to be nominated to this national think tank,” says Hales. “As a member of the REthink Council, I look forward to helping BHHS create the kind of vibrant culture necessary to move the company forward. Since joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, I have taken my career to a new level of success.”

The new REthink Council members include: Tiffany Curry, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Anderson Properties in Houston, Texas; Stephen Ferguson, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Stephen Hales, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in Alexandria, Virginia; Kyle Hannegan, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties in St. Louis, Missouri; Erin Heider, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty in Beavercreek, Ohio; Phillip MacArthur, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential in Boston, Massachusetts; Megan Owens, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate in Omaha, Nebraska; Kyle Rank, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood Realty in Chapel Hill, North Carolina; and Tim Vierkandt, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Showcase Properties in Dothan, Alabama.
