ShowingTime Launches On-Demand Analytics, Signs 10 New Licensing Agreements

Home Industry News

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Michael Lane, president of ShowingTime, recently announced two important developments. First, that its newly-formed Market Stats division has incorporated a proprietary data element into its reports to transform traditional market statistics offerings. Second, that it has signed 10 new licensing agreements to provide online scheduling, feedback and reporting services to an additional 50,000+ agents, growing the company’s reach to more than 900,000 North American agents.

“Property showing data is among the most accurate leading indicators of pending sales activity and market demand in virtually every North American market,” Lane says. “Incorporating it into market statistics products is a win for our customers, as it provides actionable data and reveals local market trends. It makes agents more effective in assisting both sellers and buyers,” he added. “That translates into more closings and increased gross commission income. Simultaneously, this new initiative reinforces the value and relevance of MLS-direct data.”

The new licensing agreements are with five separate boards of the largest MLS in North America, California Regional MLS, including Orange County Association of REALTORS®, Laguna Hills, Calif.; Pacific West Association of REALTORS®, Anaheim, Calif.; Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS®, Murrieta, Calif.; Madera Association of REALTORS®, Madera, Calif.; and Downey Association of REALTORS®, Downey, Calif.. The other new customers include TRIAD MLS, High Point, N.C.; Peoria Area Association of REALTORS®, Peoria, Ill.; MLS of Hilton Head Island, Hilton Head, S.C.; Kootenay Real Estate Board, Nelson, B.C.; and the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®, Las Vegas, Nev.

In addition to online scheduling, TRIAD MLS members will also use the ShowingTime Appointment Center, staffed by 400+ live appointment specialists 24/7/365. “The Appointment Center’s 24/7 availability, branded calls and emails, and overall use of technology to automate the scheduling process is a significant upgrade for our members,” says TRIAD MLS Chief Executive Officer Richard Renton. “With the ability to schedule and confirm showings online plus market-wide reporting tools, our members will be better equipped to provide great service to buyers and sellers,” he added.
