First Team Real Estate has added Robin Milonakis and Greg Herder to its executive team, the company recently announced. Milonakis has been named regional vice president; Herder has been named assistant regional manager. Both will operate out of the company’s Newport Beach office.
“Robin and Greg bring to the table a unique blend of professional experience, along with an unparalleled understanding of Southern California’s coastal real estate markets, proving a highly strategic complement to our organization’s growth objectives,” says Michael Mahon, president of First Team Real Estate. “I’m delighted to have them on board as leaders of our Newport Beach office, spearheading our plans to expand First Team’s brand and presence throughout the state of California.”
Milonakis will lead the office’s sales associates as manager while working to amplify the company’s presence along Southern California’s coastline. Herder will focus on growing agents’ productivity while working to expand the organization.
Milonakis previously headed up Keller Williams Realty South Bay as CEO and business coach, bringing over a decade of experience as a proven real estate expert to her role. Concurrently, she leads RM Sports Media, Inc.—a branding and image consulting firm for celebrities and professional athletes, which she founded in 2012—as president and chief visionary officer.
“Having called the coastal areas of both Orange and Los Angeles counties home myself and having helped countless clients bring their real estate objectives to fruition up and down Southern California’s coastline, I understand how to successfully navigate virtually every single one of the area’s marketplaces,” says Milonakis. “I’m honored to leverage this knowledge and experience to expand First Team Real Estate, whose philosophies as an organization are very much in sync with my own.”
Herder—formerly the founder and CEO of Hobbs Herder Advertising, a role he held for 29 years—brings to his new position a wealth of expertise and a proven track record for success. Having driven the trajectory of countless real estate professionals by offering innovative education, business-building systems, strategies and techniques, he’s known throughout the real estate community as the father of personal marketing—and he’s passionate about helping agents unlock their fullest potential.
