Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® has appointed new vice presidents of Marketing, Photography and Technology: Rachelle Lozano, Scott Weitz and Danny Ocean, respectively. The brokerage has also named Lauren Serrato, who has been with the company for six years, director of Corporate Public Relations.

Lozano, now vice president of Marketing, has spent the last five years leading a team of graphic designers for Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®’ Powerhouse Marketing program.

” talent and vision align perfectly with the culture we have built,” says Leesa Harper Rispoli, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. “I could not be more proud of all she has already accomplished! In this new role, I fully trust her ability as we continue to innovate and transform the future of real estate marketing.”

Weitz, now vice president of Photography, is making a return to the company. Weitz, who attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, has photographed for Skanska Construction, Whiting-Turner, IBM, Cornell University, Yale University and Colgate University, in addition to being a sideline photographer for the Buffalo Bills.

Ocean, now vice president of Technology, has been with the company for 15 years, heading up the implementation of the state-of-the-art hyperconverged virtual cluster, the redesign and responsiveness of websites, and the upgrading of bandwidth and interconnectivity between offices.

“On behalf of the entire Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® family, I’d like to personally thank Danny for his vision and intuitiveness,” Harper Rispoli says. “His ferocity for technology is unsurpassed, and has proven invaluable for our clients, sales agents and colleagues.”

Serrato, now director of Corporate Public Relations, worked in the company’s Marketing division, where she produced graphic design and branding campaigns. Serrato was instrumental in the launch of the company’s Public Relations division in 2015.

“Our rich heritage and trusted legacy provide the foundation from which we will continue to innovate and shape our future,” says Harper Rispoli. “We invite you to experience the difference.”
