Coldwell Banker Adds Additional Office in Rockland County, New York

RISMEDIA, Feb. 16, 2007-Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, has announced that it has acquired Batjac Real Estate Corp. (Batjac) in Suffern, New York. The company will now operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage at its current location at 23 Indian Rock in Suffern, N.Y. This acquisition gives Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage an additional office in Rockland County, including its current sales office in New City, N.Y.

Former Batjac owner and principal Gail Posnack will remain with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as branch manager for the Suffern office.

"This acquisition also expands our market coverage in Rockland County and strengthens our presence in the New York state market."

The Batjac sales team of 38 sales associates brings a solid track record of success and accounted for $87 million in total closed sales volume during the past 12 months.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has 64 offices in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, with a Rockland County sales force of nearly 100 to better serve buyers and sellers.
