Deadline Extended for Power Broker Survey

Monday, March 5th is last day to be part of annual ranking of leading brokers

RISMEDIA, Feb. 23, 2007- The deadline to be included in RISMedia's 19th Annual Power Broker Report & Survey-read by more than 300,000 real estate professionals-has been extended one week to Monday, March 5.

RISMedia's annual Power Broker Report & Survey identifies and ranks America's largest residential real estate brokerage companies by sales volume and transaction sides.

Among the hundreds of leading brokerage firms that have already submitted surveys are:

– Realty Executives, Phoenix, Arizona
– Latter & Blum, Inc. Realtors, New Orleans, Louisiana
– Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, South Huntington, New York
– RE/MAX Suburban, Mount Prospect, Illinois
– Century 21 Sunbelt Realty, Cape Coral, Florida

If you would prefer to complete the survey by hand, please e-mail maria@rismedia.com to receive a hard copy.

Firms included in the Power Broker report will receive a press release to distribute for promotional use and will be invited to the 12th Annual RISMedia Power Broker Dinner at the NAR Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. This prestigious networking event is attended by more than 500 of the industry's most successful brokers and professionals. Inclusion in the Power Broker Report also acts as a key recruiting and retention tool.

All sales and transaction volume comes directly from brokerages and is verified and substantiated by external sources, in most cases accounting firms, prior to publication. The deadline for our receipt of your completed survey is February 26, 2007.
