RISMEDIA, March 15, 2007-Real Living recently concluded its fourth annual national convention and awards ceremony. Real Living associates traveled to Cancun, Mexico, from Feb. 11-14 to take part in the festivities.
The conference was packed with activities from golf to karaoke. The highly-anticipated awards ceremony recognized nearly 1,000 associates and 30 offices for their performance in 2006.
"We had another successful year at Real Living," said Harley E. Rouda Jr., CEO and managing partner of Real Living, the fourth-largest real estate firm in the nation. "Momentum 2007 was a great wrap to a productive year and an even better beginning to 2007. There was a lot to celebrate, especially since we doubled our franchise network last year. We're planning on 150 percent growth in 2007."
Seven agents took home the prestigious Ruby Award, awarded to those with $50,000,000 or more in volume or 200 or more transaction sides. This honor also gave the recipients membership into Real Living's Winners Circle Elite. The top agents were: Marilyn Vutech and Jeffrey Ruff, Real Living HER (German Village, Ohio); Sandy L. Raines, Real Living HER (New Albany, Ohio); Kathy L. Greenwell, Real Living HER (Westerville, Ohio) Jill D. Rudler, Real Living HER (Westerville, Ohio); Barbara Wilson and The Wilson Team, Real Living Realty One (Medina, Ohio); John W. DeSantis and Associates, Real Living Realty One (Mentor, Ohio); and Adam S. Kaufman, Real Living Realty One (Pepper Pike, Ohio).
Other top awards were the George Smith and Relocation Results Awards. The George Smith Award, which recognizes the Network Partner who demonstrates the highest level of team spirit and most actively promotes and positions the entire Real Living Network, was awarded to Tripti Kasal, Real Living Infinity (Chicago). The Relocation Results Award, which recognizes the top Network Partner who supported Real Living Relocation in 2006, based on total outgoing referrals closed per office divided by total agents in that office, was given to Traci Kasparian, Real Living Lifetime Real Estate (Northborough, Maine).
