Jason Gesing

Jason Gesing, chief executive officer for eXp Realty, has been a critical part of the eXp Realty team. He also serves on the board of directors for eXp World Holdings. Over the last decade, he has held numerous positions in the company showcasing his leadership and inspiration along the way. In 2020, Gesing drove several growth opportunities, including international expansion and developing complementary services to help eXp businesses.

Under his leadership and amid the global pandemic, eXp opened brokerage operations in South Africa, France, India, Mexico and Portugal, with even more locations planned for 2021. Gesing continues to add and enhance eXp’s affiliated services to help agents with end-to-end business through the company’s iBuyer program and IntroLend mortgage program.
