With a successful 30-year career as a real estate broker under his belt, Allen Alishahi co-founded ShelterZoom to provide cutting-edge software for real estate professionals to manage all aspects of a transaction in a fully digital, fully secure platform—while keeping them at the center of the conversation.

Under his leadership as president, his team met the challenge quickly and was able to help agents keep their business going during the pandemic with DocuWalk, a blockchain-based software that allows real estate agents to carry out their normal workflow for all the documents, contracts and negotiations required for a property to change hands, without the need to meet any of their clients in person.

“Being part of the real estate community has been rewarding on too many levels to count, but as the industry shifts to a more digital model, I’m finding a new sense of curiosity and enthusiasm to seeing how we can take our professionalism to the next level,” says Alishahi.
