Jay Macklin

Jay Macklin, co-founder of Corcoran Platinum Living, is a designated broker and recruiter but spends most of his time teaching, coaching and mentoring. His goal is to educate agents and arm his agents with industry-leading technology. 

Macklin and his wife, Michelle, co-founded a real estate brokerage in Scottsdale, Ariz., in 2010. Eight years later, they launched Platinum Living Realty. In 2020, Macklin’s team of agents were the Scottsdale area’s 10th largest real estate brokerage in sales volume and one of the area’s largest luxury home real estate brokerages. In October 2020, they were handpicked to affiliate with The Corcoran Group.

Macklin’s motto is: “The size of the circle that you give through is always proportionate to the size of the circle you receive through.”

He believes in creating a positive culture and building strong, mutually beneficial relationships to help others grow, both on his team and in other brokerages.
