EXIT Announces Homeminders Addition to Preferred Supplier Program

October 25, 2007
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, Oct. 26, 2007-EXIT Realty Corp. announces the addition of Ethix Media’s flagship product – Homeminders into its array of top flight products and services available to EXIT Realty franchisees and agents through EXIT’s Preferred Supplier Program.

After a thorough review of the Homeminders application and value proposition for both agents and their customers, the green light was given to make Homeminders part of the Preferred Supplier Program.

“Homeminders has built a terrific service for homeowners to manage their property. The expert-based reminder system gives homeowners personalized advice and makes it easy to keep on track with reminders of what to do and when to do it,” says Amy Youngren, manager of Ancillary Services, EXIT Realty Corp. International.

She continues, “By enabling the agent to brand the Web site and its monthly e-mail, Homeminders gives our agents a legitimate, valuable reason to stay in front of their clients long after the closing.”

Scott Antcliff, owner of EXIT Exceptional Properties in Austin, Texas, says, “Our agents really like Homeminders. They give Homeminders subscriptions to both new buyers and good referral clients to show how much they care and to stay in front of them each month. It’s simple, inexpensive and effective – a no-brainer.”

“We’re very excited to team with EXIT Realty,” says Thomas Blondi, CEO, Ethix Media, “EXIT’s network has been growing rapidly and their reputation for supporting their agents and franchisees is well known. We’ve had great success working with individual EXIT agents and franchisees who found us on their own. We’re really excited to gain this exposure and serve the entire EXIT network.”

According to the company, Homeminders features personalized maintenance schedules that trigger monthly e-mail reminders. Homeowners get the information they need to make decisions about the upkeep of their homes. By glancing at the dashboard on their custom Homeminders site, homeowners can stay on top of home maintenance issues. The company says that subscribers can manage everything from seasonal home care to routine maintenance checks to finding qualified contracts while also being able to gain access to over 300 articles on topics around the home.
