In 2021, Rosheata McClain spoke at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion “Belonging” Summit and was the first winner of the BHHS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award. McClain also received the BHHS Leading Edge Society Award and the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producer award. She was a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association’s Emerging Leaders Class of 2021 and was featured in Elevate Magazine’s “Rising to the Top.”

In addition, McClain was accepted into the BHHS Georgia Properties LEAP (Leadership, Excellence, and Accountability Program Development) Series in 2021. The program’s objective is to help individuals take a leap forward professionally.

Inspired by Kobe Bryant, McClain strives to live her life authentically with discipline, dedication and determination. She says she would advise someone starting out in the real estate business to, in the words of Oscar Wilde: “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.”
