Sydney Ealy

Since the founding of TWST4Girls in 2014, Texas REALTOR® Sydney Ealy has been dedicated to providing resources, mentorship, intellectual and cultural exposure, and support to the lives of young girls in underserved neighborhoods, juvenile correctional facilities, schools and community centers. In 2021, she raised funds and hosted a ceremony to present TWST4Girls graduating seniors with $2,000 in college scholarship funds and $3,000 in school and dorm supplies. With the desire to cultivate young minds and cherish the sanctity of youth, from Houston to Africa, Ealy has made not only contributions, but a large impact on her community.  

“We are not the products of our environment, we are the producers of our environment,” says Ealy. With a deep empathy and understanding for young girls and the challenges they face, she is able to focus and refocus the organization’s efforts. Ealy has highlighted one-on-one mentorship, life skills development, career exposure and cultural experiences to foster the success of these girls.
