Spencer Hoo is a co-founder of Real Estate Pros Without Borders (REPWB), a group of global real estate professionals including Olesya Drozdova, Yami Martinez, Tricia Lehane and Karen Smith, that was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It has grown from a support platform to an educational and inspirational tool for industry professionals to a platform for startups and seasoned businesses.

REPWB offers virtual events, provides presentations from guest speakers, facilitates referrals, shares members’ unique value propositions, and offers other no-cost opportunities to members of the real estate industry. In 2021, the group’s global membership grew to include over 2,200 real estate professionals.
