Mark Johnson works to understand the strategies of high-performing real estate professionals and shares that information to help others. In 2021, Johnson published his second book, Up in Your Business. He also hosted numerous Morning Club sessions, which were started during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Johnson hosts “Success Superstars,” a weekly show that highlights agent success. In 2021, he reached the 180th episode. Johnson also became a resource for the Real News Communications Network and completed dozens of regional and national media interviews in which he discussed the real estate market. In addition, he publishes a weekly blog.

Johnson says, “If you asked my folks, they might say these three :

‘Leadership is practiced in action, not words.’

‘It’s hard to be a winner if you are a whiner.’

‘A system will produce what a system will produce – nothing less, nothing more.'”
