RISMEDIA, April 30, 2008-Beverly Pindling of Beverly Pindling Real Estate Services, has been recognized for her professionalism and commitment to the real estate industry with the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association’s 2007 Realtor® of the Year Award, the highest esteemed honor bestowed on an ORRA member.
The award was presented as part of the eighth annual ORRA Showcase Awards, which was held April 23 at the Hilton Altamonte Springs. The Realtor® of the Year award acknowledges an individual who has served the ORRA membership through volunteer leadership of the association.
Pindling currently serves as chair of the ORRA Risk Management Committee and is active in the association’s communications and professional standards committees. In addition, she is treasurer of ORRA’s Florida Real Estate Foundation and represents ORRA’s members on the Florida Association of Realtors® Board of Directors.

Affiliate Member of the Year Award – to Heather Salvatoriello, Fidelity National Title for exceptional service and dedication in support of ORRA programs.
Grant Clarke Volunteer Award – to Ron Hernquist, RE/MAX Central for countless hours of service to ORRA and to the real estate industry.
Pillar of the Community Award – to Robert Caldwell, Caldwell Realty Services, for unselfish volunteer service to the betterment of the community.
Rising Star Award – to Maria McKee-Gandy, Worldvest Properties, Inc., for demonstrating exceptional performance, potential, and dedication in service to ORRA and the real estate profession.
Toni Jennings Public Service Award – to Pamela Tucker, Veteran Real Estate, for service to the community and support of real property issues.
Walter Rose Lifetime Award – to Richard Fryer, Southern Style Real Estate, for tireless devotion and service to the industry, the community, and to the highest ideals of the Realtor® organization.
President’s Awards – presented to those individuals whose assistance to ORRA Immediate Past President Randy Martin, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, is deserving of special recognition:
