Joe Stacy shares the wealth by providing growth opportunities for all. Serving as SVP and general growth manager for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, Stacy has been the chief promoter of agent confidence at the firm. In 2022, Stacy led a complete overhaul of the firm’s training programs–creating the Launch Agent Training program to provide a structured guide for new licensees to build on their pre-licensing coursework, as well as continued education for agents looking to level up their business with Transform Agent Coaching. 

“I really think it’s my calling to educate, coach and motivate agents to achieve their best–whatever that means for them,” says Stacy. “Real estate is a relationship business and people need to know their agent cares about them. Beyond that, the recipe for success comes down to the right ingredients–habits, accountability, hard work, consistency of effort and showing your clients, friends and family how much you care. I find it very rewarding to see agents implement this recipe and achieve their personal goals.”
