Tony Mattar

Tony Mattar is a REALTOR® and founder of the Chicago Crib Team at Compass. His rapidly growing team includes women, minorities, and Gen Z professionals. Mattar focuses on mentoring the next generation of Chicago real estate leaders, particularly women and minorities, so they can serve millennials and members of Gen Z, who make up the largest group of real estate consumers in the United States.

Along with accruing several awards in 2022, Mattar has contributed his insights to CNN, The New York Times, WGN News, and other local and national media outlets.

Mattar says he is proud of “mentoring the ladies on my team (minorities and Gen Z) to help them achieve new levels of success than they have ever had before, and educating the masses through local and national TV and print media opportunities.”
