There’s nothing like setting a new record. Daniel Yarlett’s company jumped toward its most profitable year ever in 2022, coming off another record-breaking year in 2021. Doubling the number of agents using PRIME, the company’s premier referral service, Yarlett also launched a new tech platform connecting consumers with best agents in their markets, creating new opportunities for the 178,000 agents in the company’s exclusive network. Drawing on his significant expertise and education in advanced technology and psychology (including a P.hD from Stanford University), Yarlett used 2022 to really push his team toward a quantum leap out of the pandemic and into the future.
