David Favret

David Favret’s goal is to educate and arm his agents with industry-leading tools to help them continue to build successful careers. “Being of service to the agents that I support and lending my time to improve the industry at the local, state and national level,” is of great importance to him.

In 2022, Favret was appointed as the President of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors&reg. Additionally, he is the director and ombudsman for Louisiana Realtors&reg, a director for the National Association of Realtors&reg, and has received accolades across the industry. Favret’s extensive 18-year career in real estate helped to make Latter & Blum a top name in New Orleans.
