Tami Bonnell

Last year marked Tami Bonnell’s first full year as EXIT Realty Corp. International co-chair, and she certainly made the most of it.

While she helped Regional Owner Rick DeLuca add Utah and Arizona to his Pacific West region, her contributions weren’t solely in the market itself. To help navigate EXIT Realty, she drafted a new white paper titled, “The REALTOR®’s Role in Affordable Housing.” She likewise updated an existing document focused on mergers and acquisitions. Her goal in advancing these white papers is not just to help drive the company’s business, but also to spark conversation—in particular, about what’s working and what isn’t in the industry, in the hope that inspires real estate professionals to use their influence and act.

Bonnell believes in “showing people who they can become and seeing them exceed my expectations and their own.”
