Simultaneously, Ocean Atlantic Agency purchased the Rehoboth Beach-based office of Brandywine Fine Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. The office will merge with Ocean Atlantic Agency’s current operations and do business as Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty. Brandywine Fine Properties Sotheby’s International Realty will continue to own and operate its office in Centreville, Del.
Ocean Atlantic Agency is owned by Gene Lankford, Preston Schell and R. Justin Healy.
