Luciente carries a meticulous phone list with her that includes lenders, home inspectors, insurance agents and much more-all of whom she is able to reach personally with a single phone call. She does not allow the weekends to handicap her business. In addition to her referral partners, she is extremely Internet savvy and can almost do anything via the Web through the websites that she’s designed herself.
