RISMEDIA, Nov. 4, 2008-Agent Thomas Ryles Jr., ABR/GRI,WHC, has made many appearances on behalf of Advance Realty in the Baltimore community through his extraordinary marketing and dedicated promotional efforts.

According to the company, Ryles keeps his schedule full in order to make a public name for himself and his various seminars. During the month, he is actively conducting seminars at various First Time Home buyer Workshops where he works with Acorn Housing (Baltimore & Hyattsville); Belair-Edison Neighborhood Inc.; Bon Secour Foundation; Coppin Heights Community Development Corp.; and Home Partnership Inc. (Harford County) in giving presentations to help low to moderate income families realize their dream of home ownership. On October 25, he was a preferred agent and vendor for Coppin Heights Community Development Corporation’s Literacy Program held at Coppin State University. On November 8 and 29 he will be presenting at Acorn Housing and on November 15 at Bon Secour Foundation Seminars.

Ryles decided to look into a real estate career in 2004 where he began with Long and Foster. In December 2007, he met Kris Shipley an Advance Realty agent who spoke highly of Advance Realty and her Broker Marty Saunders to him and his business partner, Trina Hough, during a Home Inspection. “After talking to Kris, I felt I needed to meet this Marty.” After several meetings with Saunders over a period of months, he decided to work at the Canton Office.

“I found Marty to be really genuine and honest. I never had a Manager that gives the support I received from Marty.” After a few months, he inspired his old business partner to rejoin him at Canton. Currently, Ryles and Hough are now heading their First Time Home buyer Division at the Canton Office. Ryles has 35 years of experience in Technology, Management, Finance and Sales, is a preferred agent of Live Baltimore Home Center and a Freddie Mac Credit Smart Instructor.
