RISMEDIA, Dec. 5, 2008-Allison James Estates and Homes announced the opening of Allison James Estates and Homes in the state of Missouri and the state of Kansas.
James A. Crumbaugh III, CEO of Allison James Estates and Homes says that he is pleased that Bob “RT” Travaglione will become the President and Broker for Allison James Estates and Homes of Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas.
“Bob “RT” Travaglione has been an active broker/salesman in the Kansas City Metro Region since 1977. We are excited to have a broker with such vast knowledge of the Kansas Metro Region,” states Mr. Crumbaugh.
According to the company, “RT” Travaglione has worked for and has been in management with several other well known companies, including RE/MAX, Keller Williams and Realty Executives. Travaglione has a complete understanding of what today’s Realtors needs and wants in a company.
Bob “RT” Travaglione states that he decided to affiliate with Allison James Estates and Homes for several reasons:
1) He believes that the business model of Allison James Estates and Homes is the future of the real estate industry
2) He believes firmly in the Allison James Estates and Homes policy of giving the Realtors back their business
3) He loves the fact Allison James Estates and Homes is a green company
Allison James Estates and Homes first opened their doors on January 3 in Florida. Since that time the company has opened in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Missouri, Kansas, New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Kentucky.
“Every day we get inquiries from Brokers in the states where we aren’t located, wanting to affiliate with Allison James Estates and Homes,” says Crumbaugh. “We also get inquiries on a daily basis from Realtors wanting to join the company once we open in their respective states.”
Crumbaugh goes on to say, “We have many states still available for the right broker. We want our brokers to have an above average knowledge of the real estate industry with a following because of their leadership abilities. Some of the states we would like to open in 2009 are Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, New Jersey, Virginia, and Wisconsin-just to name a few.”
