RISMEDIA, Dec. 12, 2008-Real Living announced the promotions of several executive team members.Brooks Burton has been named chief operating officer of Real Living and is responsible for Web services information technology infrastructure, the day-to-day operations of the agent and customer care centers and Homegard. He will continue to provide oversight for Real Living Relocation Management, Real Living Business-The Commercial Partnership and Real Living’s affiliate programs as well.
Previously, he held the position of CEO of Real Living Relocation Management where he implemented various operational changes in an effort to customize and automate many of the day-to-day functions. Along with Real Living Relocation Management, he oversaw Real Living Business-The Commercial Partnership and Real Living’s affiliate programs.
Clyde Corle has been named president of new markets and franchise development for Real Living. He is responsible for legal, organizational, managerial, coaching and operational functions of the franchise network. He will remain president of the Southwest Ohio Region, including affiliate brokerages Real Living Realty Services and Real Living Partners Realty Experts, overseeing 12 offices and more than 270 sales associates.
While at Real Living, Corle has recruited more than 100 agents, overseeing Real Living’s very rapid growth in the Dayton and Cincinnati markets. He previously worked as a recruiting and training manager for the Dayton market and as an office manager.
Chris Svec has been named vice president of marketing for Real Living. He will lead the strategic direction of Real Living’s national marketing initiatives.
Previously, he held the position of vice president of new market development where he was responsible for growing the franchise network nationally, increasing Real Living’s presence from 10 to 20 states, and leading the franchise sales team.
Sara Walsh has been named chief operations officer of Real Living Relocation Services. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the broker and agent referrals, customer care leads, professional relocation development and training, relocation services and outreach to corporate companies with relocation needs. She will be working closely with Geri Van Lent, president of Real Living Relocation Services.
Previously, she held the position of vice president of sales and managed multiple offices for Real Living HER.
