MRIS, January 26, 2009-The answer is yes. Matrix new mapping features include the ability to generate driving directions. You can add a starting point and stops along the way or a final stop in addition to plotting the directions for the properties you wish to show.
Complete the property search just as you always do but then after selecting the properties, click the Map/Directions button. It is possible to display up to fifty (50) properties on one map. Click the Print button to print the map with listings (the summaries will print below the map) or you can print map only (PushPinsTM will print on the map but no summaries).
Click the OK button to return to your listing results.
To get directions choose twenty (20) or less properties and click the Map/Directions button. Click Get Directions then click Generate Directions. A blue line (your driving route) will appear on the map. The route (turn by turn directions) will appear below the map (scroll down to view).
Perhaps you desire to proceed along your route in a different order. That will not be a problem. Click next to the property, a thin blue line will appear as a box around that property (in the property list to the right of the map). Drag the property to the desired order or use the up/down arrows located to the left of the property list. Click the Generate Directions button again to see the route. You will see a blue line representing the driving route, scroll down to view turn by turn directions.
