A Customized Approach to Homeowner Satisfaction

RISMEDIA, February 25, 2009-Having been in real estate for 27 years, Betsy Morgan, director of Property Management at Prudential Tropical in Port Richey, Florida, knows that a home warranty is only good if it works to the benefit of the homeowner. Having recently partnered with HSA Home Warranty, Morgan can now offer her clients a home warranty package that is customized specifically to their needs as a property management company.

“HSA was the first warranty company that came to us as a property management company and said, ‘what do you need to make an effective product for investor/owners?'” says Morgan. Since that first discussion, HSA has worked with Morgan to create a home warranty package that is tailored specifically to the investor/owners that she deals with on a daily basis. What really made HSA stick out in Morgan’s mind was the fact that they let Morgan and her team have a say in what was included in the package and how the deductible was to be paid.

“HSA has listened to us from the start and has taken our input to create a package that fits our needs,” she says.

In addition to customizing their investor program to coincide with Prudential Tropical’s business needs, HSA has assisted Morgan and her team in marketing the program under their company name. “HSA has helped me and my team of property managers to seamlessly present the home warranty package through both our website and the marketing materials that we use,” says Morgan.

Customizing marketing materials gives Prudential Tropical’s property managers the ability to connect their name with the program as well as with their customers. HSA’s home warranties offer Morgan’s clients peace of mind as routine services and repairs are covered, keeping owners from having to come up with a sum of money if an item in their home unexpectedly breaks. “A good warranty package takes all the guesswork out of caring for a property, as the owner goes into their investment year knowing what their cost factor will be for a majority of their repairs,” says Morgan. “My clients know they are dealing with a warranty company that will be there for them.”

Working with HSA has been beneficial to Morgan and her company from the very beginning. “The individuals that we are in contact with at HSA are very professional and have worked closely with us so that we understand the product we are offering our clients,” concludes Morgan.
