Art Carter, California Regional MLS (CRMLS) CEO, remains dedicated to fostering continued growth of the company’s footprint, overseeing and leading revolutionary new initiatives. During the pre- and post-NAR settlement periods in 2024, he successfully guided CRMLS through impactful industry changes, designing a robust NAR Settlement Resource Center to assist users with various resources, innovative messages and clarity.

“At its core, the MLS is about transparency and cooperation, and I take pride in our responsibility of delivering clear and concise data along with innovative products and services,” says Carter. “An effective and reliable MLS is like a rising tide that can lift all boats, and I’m proud that CRMLS is such an influential part of that.”

Last year, he also led the launch of several new products and services for CRMLS users, including Finding Homes’ voice-controlled search, MLS Match’s nationwide referral network, TheQwikFix’s home repair estimate tool and the Broker-directed Rayse’s real-time progress tracking and value visualization tool. He also led the first Thrive Broker Summit for CRMLS brokers in 2024.
