Chris Lambrou’s impact on the MLS industry extends beyond Metro MLS, thanks to the organization’s participation in MLS Aligned, where Lambrou has helped spearhead new products.
MLS Aligned is a partnership of “forward-thinking” MLSs that in 2024 brought Aligned Showings, a digital appointment platform, to market. Lambrou describes the goals of the project as “ethically harnessing the metadata” to improve consumer experience and decision-making.
While not all his 2024 achievements were massive undertakings like Aligned Showings, Lambrou was dedicated to supporting MLS value with any tools he could, from real-time transaction trackers to email signature tools.
“Waking up each day to make a difference is important, no matter how minimal,” says Lambrou. “From helping a coworker fix a broken headset to tackling sustainability with an API BOT for real estate data, saving tons of replication and technical debt, I enjoy helping people directly or indirectly with technology, problem resolution, accurate information, and ensuring fair practice in the markets our MLS is so honored to cover.”
