Mike Clear is an exceptional leader in real estate, having spent nearly three decades in the industry building thriving organizations.

In his position, Clear is critical to mentoring many young leaders in and outside of Realty ONE Group, and is vital to the growth and the success of the brokerage and trailblazing new paths for the industry. He leads the vast majority of the brokerage’s teams including Coaching and Learning, Marketing, Product, Partners, Technology Accounting and Finance and Brokerage Operations. He helps direct the strategic growth of the organization, which now includes more than 20,000 REALTORS® in 49 U.S. states and 21 countries and territories.

Clear shared that he feels the most rewarding part of his career is “being a part of a passion-filled, growing community of entrepreneurs and real estate professionals around the world while at the same time mentoring and coaching current and future leaders to continue making an impact for others.”
