2024 was an important year for @properties Christie’s International Real Estate’s continued growth, culminating in its acquisition by Compass, and Mike Golden’s leadership played a key role in that growth.

During 2024, the brokerage expanded operations throughout the United States (with expansions in Indiana, Texas, California, Kentucky, South Carolina and more) and internationally (in countries including Spain, Singapore, Luxembourg, Vietnam, Barbados, Albania, Switzerland, and Curacao).

To keep all @properties Christie’s agents, old and new, performing as strongly as possible, the company also continued innovating its pl@tform technology suite; among the new features last year was a deal-monitoring tool for agents known as “Pipeline.”

“The most rewarding part of my career has been the relationships I’ve grown and maintained with the incredible people that we work with every day,” says Golden. “It’s also incredibly rewarding to have created a business that allows me to help others achieve their goals and dreams.”
