Jessica Edgerton

Jessica Edgerton is the chief legal officer and executive vice president of industry and learning at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE®), where she oversees the company’s legal affairs, risk management, learning and development, compliance and industry relations. In 2024, Edgerton played a pivotal role in guiding LeadingRE®’s member companies and agents through the complexities of antitrust settlements, providing exclusive educational events, training and risk management updates to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Edgerton has become a trusted expert in legal and risk management matters. Prior to LeadingRE®, she served as associate counsel for the National Association of REALTORS® and has since been a regular presenter on risk management, learning and development, and industry best practices. She is the host of LeadingRE®’s risk-management series “The Risky Minute,” and the monthly program “Economic Insights With Marci Rossell.” She is also the co-host of the company’s “Million Dollar Question” podcast.
