Victor Lund

As founder of business consulting WAV Group, Victor Lund plays an important role in advising and shaping the entire real estate industry’s professional class. During 2024, his advocacy centered around advising top brokerage’s data and technology strategies, redress on Clear Cooperation (intended to shield the industry from future litigation) and encouraging the industry to rethink the role of the MLS now that the offer of cooperative compensation is no longer allowed. He also played a key role in relaunching the Broker Public Portal alongside its board of directors.

“Real estate is an industry full of great people who give to get,” says Lund. “The greatest reward of decades working with real estate brokers, MLSs and technology firms in real estate is the friendships. I can go to any city in America and connect with colleagues and feel like I am visiting family. That is the great reward of our industry—people.”
