Tom E. Chance

Tom E. Chance, director of Career Development with Legacy Real Estate & Associates, has been in real estate since 1981. Following a family legacy in the industry, he strives to be a person that people can count on—and in 2024, he proved to be just that. In the wake of the NAR settlement, Chance launched the Legacy Leap! Program, an eight-week course designed to help new and experienced professionals become productive, producing agents.

Since joining Legacy Real Estate in 2023, he has been an integral part of the company, key in helping agents take their business to the next level. He actively participates in accountability meetings to foster open dialogue and support continued education.
