For more than three decades, Matthew Ferrara has served as a pivotal consultant and philosopher for the real estate industry, helping organizations navigate complex cultural and structural shifts. In 2025, Ferrara reached several significant milestones, including the graduation of the 10th class of Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience and the expansion of The Leadership Club™ coaching experience to an international clientele. His influence is felt across all sectors of the industry, from prop-tech firms to global franchises, through his strategic planning and high-impact keynotes.

A prolific writer and thought leader, Ferrara also published the 200th installment of his Always Inspiring newsletter this year, providing consistent guidance to brokers and MLS leaders worldwide. His 2025 contributions also included developing specialized curricula on Sales and Artificial Intelligence for the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Institute.
