Kathleen Minser is a seasoned operations leader who thrives on blending technology and community to create a seamless experience for real estate professionals. In 2024, she elevated her role as director of operations for Legacy Real Estate & Associates by orchestrating a major tech upgrade that boosted the company’s internet speed and launched Legacy Connect—an advanced platform designed to empower agents with tools for business management. With a team of 325 agents and staff to support, Minser’s ability to streamline processes and provide essential transaction coordination is what keeps everything running smoothly.

A proud Livermore native, Minser’s commitment to her community is just as strong as her drive to innovate. After a successful 25-year career with Waste Management, she transitioned to real estate, where she has become a beloved figure, known as “Ask Kathleen” for her unmatched expertise and dedication. As president of the Livermore Rodeo Foundation, she continues to give back, all while raising her two sons alongside her mom, Juanita Baker, in their hometown.
