United Real Estate

As vice president of marketing at United Real Estate, Amanda Cline has led strategic initiatives that have driven significant company growth and operational efficiency. Last year she spearheaded the transition to United’s modern logo and led the refresh of the company’s primary and GrowWithUnited websites, improving both aesthetics and performance to increase traffic and user engagement.

Cline’s leadership in launching the Marketing Hub inside Bullseye, United’s proprietary cloud-based productivity platform, has enabled United’s agents and brokers to efficiently market properties and services, retain commissions and outperform competitors. She also oversaw the launch of successful initiatives like the LeadBoost Program, which generated over 16,000 leads for agents, and the Financial Wellness Program, which helped agents eliminate over $1.1 million in debt and accumulate $1.7 million in new savings in just five months.

“It’s truly about the team and my esteemed colleagues at United, whose dedication and drive have fueled our rapid growth toward creating a world-class organization,” says Cline. “The most rewarding part of my career is the opportunity to connect with our Brokers and Agents nationwide, seeing firsthand how our work directly impacts their livelihood. Whether it’s helping them increase productivity, achieve their goals or working on initiatives like the Financial Wellness Program, which not only improves financial stability but also provides essential resources like healthcare for their families, it’s a privilege. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be in a position where I can focus on others and contribute to their success.”

Since joining United Real Estate in 2010, Cline has played a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that have transformed the company’s brand, online presence, and marketing tools.
