Kymber Lovett-Menkiti

Already an accomplished industry leader via her role at Keller Williams, Kymber Lovett-Menkiti leveraged her influence toward another cause in 2024 by joining the Empire Building Podcast, hosted with four additional women real estate leaders.

Empire Building is designed for entrepreneurial women to “build big business and even bigger lives,” with helpful tips from the five hosts who’ve done just that. Lovett-Menkiti defines her involvement with Empire Building as an extension of her previously-founded company, Her Best Life, which is also focused on elevating women in business and which “impacted over 1,000 women in 2024.”

In 2024, Lovett-Menkiti also launched the Lift As You Climb scholarship–inspired by her late mother, Dr. Marilyn Price Lovett–which puts women through real estate school and helps them build their business by reimbursing their first 12 months of licensing fees. During 2024, 10 additional Lift As You Climb scholarships were awarded to women aspiring to succeed in real estate.
