RISMEDIA, April 30, 2010—RISMedia’s 2010 Real Estate Leadership Conference—‘The Real Estate Social Media Summit’—will provide the perfect backdrop for real estate professionals who are looking to capitalize, even in today’s challenging market.

Industry experts Leah Caro, Amy Mosley, Dick Schlott, Ken Baris and Dottie Herman are among the top-producing agent panelists who will offer insight into how you can rebuild your company’s value proposition to agents during the session titled: “Rebuilding Your Company’s Value Proposition to Agents” at this year’s Leadership Conference. The session will take place on Thursday, June 10 from 10:10 -11:10 a.m. at the Hilton Rye Town in Westchester County, New York.

Here’s a more in-depth look at some of the panelists. Look for more profiles in Wednesday’s edition of the news.

Leah Caro, Broker/Owner, Bronxville-Ley Real Estate
President and principal broker since 2001, Leah Caro has been with Bronxville-Ley Real Estate since 1992. As an onsite owner, her commitment to clients and over 45 salespeople is easy to see. Being open and available, with a hands-on approach, is an important part of her business model. Impressive credentials include membership in the National, New York State and Westchester County Boards of Realtors, as well as the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. Caro is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Additionally, Caro is the 2009/2010 president of the Westchester-Putnam Association of Realtors, the chair of the Professional Standards Committee for the NY State Association of Realtors, and a director at the state and national associations.

Amy Mosley, Realtor, Prudential California Realty
Since 1986 when she began her career as a Realtor, Amy Mosley has continued to be amongst the top generators in Real Estate. Mosley specializes in innovative marketing strategies that help a seller’s home stand out from the competition and often allow them to sell for more. Creative marketing, cutting-edge technology and customized marketing plans for each individual home combined with effective networking with buyer’s agents give her homes maximum exposure. Her dedication, commitment and knowledge of the Real Estate market have provided her with a track record for getting homes sold in a timely matter in all types of markets. Mosley continues to improve her skills by being taught by the nation’s top Real Estate trainers and mentors, regularly attending industry seminars and webinars and utilizing the latest technology available to the Real Estate market to assure her clients are getting the best possible opportunity for success.

Dick Schlott, Chairman & CEO, Gloria Nilson
Dick Schlott is currently the chairman and CEO of Gloria Nilson Real Living Real Estate. With over 40 years in the real estate business, Dick Schlott is a well-known and highly regarded professional in the industry. He founded Schlott Realtors in 1971, and grew it to 140 offices and 4,500 salespeople across five states, with over $7 billion in sales. Schlott also developed the Home Mortgage Network, before selling Schlott Realtors to Coldwell Banker in the early 1990s. Schlott then ran the ERA Franchise system, until its sale to Cendant in the mid 1990s. He then moved on to develop GMAC Home Services, and served as president and CEO from the late 1990s through early 2001. During this time, one of the purchases he made for the company was that of Gloria Nilson Realtors.

It’s never been more important to stand out among the competition than in today’s challenging market. Don’t miss your exclusive opportunity to learn how to become an information age real estate company. This session is not to be missed!

This year’s Conference will also focus on Social Media and Mobile Strategies for both brokers and sales associates to help these professionals best meet the demands of today’s home buyers and sellers. There will also be a track dedicated specifically for brokers, and additional business development and marketing sessions.
