In its first year, Partner Real Estate closed 880 homes and achieved $750 million in sales volume, earning a top-tier national ranking among the country’s largest teams—an extraordinary accomplishment for a newly formed organization.
Under Kusuma’s leadership, the company expanded rapidly across California, recruiting top-producing agents and broker-associates in major markets including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Sacramento and the Bay Area. He also developed a scalable, “done-for-you” system that integrates training, marketing, lead generation and transaction support, allowing agents to focus on growth while delivering exceptional client experiences. In 2025 alone, Kusuma personally led weekly masterclasses, masterminds and coaching sessions, helping agents reach new production milestones and build sustainable businesses.
