As director of marketing for one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest real estate brokerages, Nield oversees key departments while driving business development and the implementation of marketing and technology solutions that support agent success.
One of her most impactful initiatives in 2025 was the launch of the Word of the Week Inspirational Video Series. The weekly program delivers concise, easy-to-follow guidance on sales skills, CRM usage, websites, social media strategies and time-saving business practices. The series also features guest speakers from Legacy’s leadership team, spotlighting internal resources and timely educational updates. Within its first six months, the videos generated more than 5,000 views among Legacy agents, becoming a valuable tool for ongoing learning and motivation.
With more than two decades of industry experience, Nield brings a deep understanding of branding, communication and technology adoption. “There is always someone who can benefit from your help, and there is always something different to learn and explore,” she says. Looking ahead, Nield remains focused on creating accessible, impactful education that empowers agents to grow, adapt and thrive in an evolving real estate landscape.
