RISMEDIA, November 3, 2010—Point2 announced that it has completed five new real estate MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Association listing syndication and technology partnership program deployments in the United States and Canada, with:

-Grande Prairie & Area Association of REALTORS® Inc. (Alberta)
-Mason Oceana Manistee Board of REALTORS® (Michigan)
-Southern Oregon MLS (Oregon)
-Space Coast Association of REALTORS® (Florida)
-West Michigan Lakeshore Association of REALTORS® (Michigan)

The implementations enable Point2’s new partner organizations to deliver the critical value-add service of listing syndication to their members, real estate brokers and agents, through their online MLS control dashboard, and as part of their member benefits.

Under the agreements, Point2, its MLS and association partners will also co-market the Point2 Agent (www.Point2Agent.com) online marketing software suite across the membership base of each organization.

Delivered seamlessly through end user MLS dashboards, the subscription-based Point2 Agent solution offers to brokers and agents an effective end-to-end lead capture and conversion system to allow them to maximize the revenue returns on their listing syndication and Web exposure efforts.

“One of the keys to success online in real estate is listing exposure, automated through syndication, but critically, the ability to convert resulting leads into revenue,” said Saul Klein, senior vice president, Point2. “With Point2 Agent, our MLS and Association partners enable their members to effectively capitalize on the benefits of syndication, through fluid capture of online leads and easier conversion using tools that make the process of turning prospects into customers virtually effortless.”

The Point2 listing syndication partner network continues to expand and today includes 53 national and regional destination sites in North America including major search engines such as Google and Yahoo!, popular consumer real estate search sites like Zillow, Trulia, househunting.ca and Cyberhomes, as well classified and auction destinations eBay, Craigslist and backpage.
