ERA Real Estate Unveils New Look for Website

RISMEDIA, December 21, 2010—ERA Franchise Systems LLC, an innovative franchising leader in the residential real estate industry, launched a new website design this week to unveil the company’s bold and refreshed look to home buyers and sellers.

According to the company, the newly redesigned ERA.com is clean, crisp and energetic with improved navigation features for a more logical search experience. Search capabilities and intuitive controls allow ERA Real Estate to connect and share information with today’s active consumers throughout all stages of homeownership.

“If we’re a ‘Smarter Community’, we need to make sure our site delivers on that brand promise,” said Charlie Young, president and chief executive officer, ERA Franchise Systems LLC. “Our site continues to evolve in keeping with our customer and broker expectations. The majority of home buyers and sellers start their real estate buying and selling process online and they want robust information that is easy to navigate in a visually compelling format. We believe our new ERA.com site accomplishes these objectives.”

The website launch is being supported by a video billboard in Times Square at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. The look and feel of the video is consistent with the new Web presence and brand positioning. It will run now through the end of the year and will net more than one million impressions for the ERA Real Estate brand each day.
